GoDPDP provides privacy operations, consent infrastructure, governance tooling, audit evidence capabilities, implementation support, and related software services.
Services may evolve over time and features may be modified, added, suspended, or discontinued.
2. No Legal Advice
GoDPDP does not provide legal advice and does not guarantee regulatory compliance under DPDP or any other law.
Clients remain independently responsible for assessing, implementing, and complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Ensure lawful collection and processing of personal data.
- Maintain accurate notices, policies, and consent language.
- Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain appropriate security over client systems and accounts.
- Ensure accuracy of configurations and operational workflows.
4. Acceptable Use
Clients must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with platform operations, introduce malicious code, or use the services for unlawful activities.
5. Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
Platform availability may depend on third-party infrastructure, cloud providers, internet connectivity, browsers, APIs, and related services outside GoDPDP's control.
Continuous uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoDPDP and TrustLayer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, regulatory, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform or services.
Clients remain responsible for their own compliance decisions, notices, data handling practices, and operational processes.
7. Indemnity
Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoDPDP and TrustLayer against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from unlawful or improper use of the platform or violation of applicable law.
8. Security
GoDPDP implements reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect platform systems and records. However, no platform or internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
9. Intellectual Property
All platform software, branding, interfaces, workflows, documentation, and related intellectual property remain the property of GoDPDP unless otherwise agreed.
10. Updates
These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform following updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
